Miss Jane Addams;
Hull House,
Chicago, Illinois.
My dear Miss Addams:
Thanks very much for your splendid cooperation in our efforts in the Russian blockade! I wonder if you saw the review and editorial comment on our Russian volume in "The Freeman" for June 23? It is in some respects the most interesting comment I have seen.
Your suggestions to Mrs. Blaine's Secretary will we hope be helpful. We are trying also to reach her through Mrs. Slade here. We shall be very glad to receive from Mrs. Taylor the addresses of the members of your Committee.
Very sincerely yours,
Chairman.
