Review of Russian-American Relations, June 5, 1920 (excerpt)

THE NEW YORK GLOBE (June 5, 1920)

"The stupidity of the Allies has thus far condemned Russia to misery, starved hundreds of thousands to death, and allowed a typhus epidemic to grow to proportions which threaten all Europe; and stupidity is still in the saddle, though there are signs that it may presently be unseated. To that end, this collection of a powerful and valuable contribution."
