My dear Miss Addams
I venture to send you the enclosed clipping from a French paper which reached me recently. You may have seen the same thing elsewhere or have knowledge of this international council of women. The number of well known names makes it very interesting. I suspect that the Française anonyme may be Mme Duchêne, as she has a chalet in Switzerland and goes there to rest.
Do not trouble to return the enclosure.
