I agree that it is best to close the office June, July, August & Sept. It will be impossible for me to travel in the East in June. I shall be in Chicago from June 14 or 15 to Aug 30. Cannot go East any where until the trip to Chicago. Think it wise to arrange a meeting in December at time and place of Annual Meeting of Woman's Peace Party instead of meeting in June since it would seem possible to all before that [time] [written up right margin] by writing.
