Will you ask Miss Abeel to represent our Committee at the Board meeting, as she did before, and as you were good enough to say that she might. If I can be in Chicago or New York when the meeting is held, I shall ask to come too, Miss Abeel to do the voting as before. I hope to go to New York late in October with my mother, but I am not certain of this yet, or the time. But Miss Abeel was to be the active representative anyway, by your permission.
