My dear Mr. [Koger]:

Your letter addressed to Miss Addams has been referred to me and I take great pleasure in sending you under separate cover some material in reference to the work of the Woman's Peace Party, and a copy of the speech which Miss Addams gave recently in Chicago, though it is not by any means a speech of "flag day criticism." It was not delivered on Flag Day and was certainly not a criticism, but an explanation of the attitude of the pacifist at this time.

Sincerely yours,

Office Secretary

Mr. M. [V]. Koger,
Rogersville, Tennessee.
