My dear President Kurtz:
Miss Addams has asked me to send you some of the material which we have in this office in reference to world federation and I hope very much that this will be of use to you.
I am also enclosing some of the other material which we have for distribution including a copy of the Official Report of the International Congress of Women at The Hague, which we would like to see in every library. I believe you will find in this the sort of material which you wish to have.
