My dear Miss Gulliver
May I send you the [enclosed] letter from Miss Gyles. She seems to leave the decision to me and of course I want her to stay at Hull-House. Her going would mean a serious loss to us and I am much relieved that she has decided to stay [although] I have had no communication with her in regard to it yet, and have of course, not influenced her decision.
Hoping very much that the [page 2] delay has not inconvenienced you and that a good teacher may be secured for the College.
