May 27th, 1916.
My dear Miss Addams:
I have received your note of May 26th enclosing letter from Mrs. Holt, which I am returning. I have sent a copy of the cablegram to each of the newspapers in Chicago and have asked them to print either the whole or a part of it.
I found in my box yesterday at Hull-House a request that we send some of our latest publications including the Annual Report, to Mr. Jong [van] Beek en Donk in Holland, and have sent this material to the address given.
Sincerely yours,
Office Secretary
Miss Jane Addams,
1430 Astor St.,
Chicago, Illinois.
