January
Eleventh
1916
My dear Mr. Frye:
I have your letter of January the 6th to Miss Jane Addams and thank you for your favor. Miss Addams is out of the city at present and I can only say that if the Peace Party in the future does become a clearing house, as Miss Addams suggested, we shall then be glad to take up your proposition. My suggestion is that you make a brief outline of your plan, say two or three pages, and send it to this office.
Sincerely yours,
Assistant Secretary.
Mr. Charles O. Frye,
5820 [Catharine] Street,
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
