I confirm my letter of July 10th. Today I happened to see the enclosed editorial in the "Baltimore Evening Sun" which I am sure will please you. I am also taking the liberty of enclosing you the editorial in todays "American" and an editorial in Saturdays "Evening Mail" dealing with the discussion now going on between the United States and Germany. Mr Bryan's statement, published this morning, you have probably seen.
