I, WILLIAM ORR, do hereby enter my appearance in the matter of the Inventory and Final Account in the above Estate and consent that the Inventory and Final Account heretofore filed by Jane Addams, Guardian in said Estate, be approved and that said Jane Addams, Guardian, be discharged as Guardian in the above Estate and that Mary R. Smith and Frederick W. Burlingham, be discharged as sureties on the bond heretofore filed by said Guardian in this Court, hereby releasing said Jane Addams, Guardian, from any and all liability of whatsoever nature that may be due and owing me from her as Guardian in said Estate.
