JANE ADDAMS SAYS T. R.
WABBLY ON SUFFRAGE

Pittsburg, Kan., May 13. -- "Roosevelt said I converted him to suffrage, but I am not very proud of my convert," Jane Addams said today. "Colonel Roosevelt said he was for suffrage, but he is wabbly on the matter. He doesn't stand straight. That's what I mean when I say I am not proud of my convert."

Miss Addams delivered an address in Girard this morning and left at noon for Chicago.
