My dear Miss Addams: --
Miss Brownell has asked me to write you and ask you to give us the name of a little kinswoman of yours whom you were under the impression was entered in this school for the coming year. I have not been able to place her as Miss Brownell was rather uncertain both of her name and habitation.
We are all interested in knowing who the young girl is, and I thought the best way to find out was to write to you direct.
