FORTY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY
STATE OF ILLINOIS
HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE
Hull House
Chicago, Illinois.
Dear Madam:-
The Child Actors' Bill has been set down for hearing before the Judiciary Committee next Tuesday afternoon. I would be glad to have you be present and explain your attitude on this Bill.
While I am not very well acquainted with the provisions of the Bill, still, I do not consider it a meritorious measure, and I am anxious that the Committee be thoroughly enlightened on the subject.
