My dear Miss Addams --

I earnestly request you to read the enclosure to the Peace school for discussion. Frank Walsh -- Labor attorney -- says it strikes at the root cause. The plan is based on scientific principles & the preliminary work essential to its adoption [to] bring rapidly completed by Farm & Labor cooperative groups which are now striving for international contact. Aaron Sapiro is now abroad on such a mission. The World Agricultural Society is now in session at Rome working for the same end.

I have worked for 20 years along this line and would appreciate greatly a faint bit of encouragement [although] the fate of the pioneer demands contempt instead of recognition.

Very Truly R. L. Greene
