My dear Myra

I am [enclosing] this letter from Stanley but we will certainly keep on with the 25.00 a month until you have the one hundred actually in hand! I have never felt that $75.00 was a gorgeous amount for you and Jane to live on at Berkeley! So here we are! I am so anxious to have a letter from you. I almost telegraphed the day we heard of the quakings in Riverside Co, but so nearly as I could make out your part of the world was undisturbed. Do let me know how you are and if all doesn't go well with you, you are to be imported into Chicago you know where your old Aunt Jane can keep a real eye on you. My love to your mother and kisses to Janikins. Always yours devotedly Jane Addams
