My dear Miss Williams:

Miss Addams has asked me to answer your letter of September twenty-seventh and to say that she believes you refer to the Woman's Peace Party which is the section for the United States of the International Committee of Women for Permanent Peace which grew out of the Congress of Women at The Hague in 1915.

The Woman's Peace Party is not incorporated. I am sending you a report of the Congress and a copy of our Constitution and some of the material published by the organization.

If there are other questions which you would like to [ask] me, I hope you will write again.

Very sincerely yours,

Office Secretary

Miss Essie [W.] Williams,
Attorney at Law,
St Paul, Minnesota
