My dear Miss [Cooke]: --

At Miss Addams' request I am sending you under separate cover several copies of two programs that have been issued recently, the one by the National Woman's Peace Party and the other by the Chicago Branch of the Woman's Peace Party. Miss Addams said that you were interested in suggestions for work at this time. I am also enclosing some of the other literature in reference to our work, in which I think you may be interested.

Very sincerely yours,

Office Secretary.
