March 26th, 1917.

My dear Mrs. Fiske:

Your letter addressed to Miss Addams had been referred to this office and I am writing to say that while we do not have a petition which you could sign and send to Congressmen, we are making a very strong appeal that copies of the enclosed postal be filled out and sent to the Congressmen this week. This, we are told from Washington, would be the most effective action we can take. I will be very glad to send you as many copies of this postal as you can use.

Sincerely yours,

Office Secretary

Mrs. Jennie L. Fiske,
10339 Wood Street,
