My dear Mr. Williams:

Your letter addressed to Miss Addams has been forwarded to me and it is with great pleasure that I am sending you under separate cover some of the material which we have in this office. We also have a Debater's Handbook on National Defense and one on Military Training in the Schools. These two books contain briefs, arguments pro and con, a bibliography and extracts from various writers. They sell for twenty-five cents each and in case you wish to have either one of them, we shall be very glad indeed to send it to you.

Sincerely yours,

Office Secretary

Mr. J. Paul Williams,
Washington, Kansas.
