My dear Mrs. Dunham:

May I reply to your kind note to Miss Addams and say that we thank you for expression concerning the Thanksgiving Day telegram.

The Woman’s Peace Party does not want an unjust peace and its proposals of continuous mediation mean simply that the slaughter shall be stopped, that the terms of peace shall be well thought out, and a just settlement brought about.

I am enclosing to you under separate cover a pamphlet which will explain to you quite fully the plan which a conference of nations would follow.

Sincerely yours,

Assistant Secretary.

Mrs. Kennon Dunham,

Mount Auburn, Cincinnati, Ohio.
