The Secretary of Embassy finds that His Excellency the Baron Burián is not at the Ministry. But it is arranged that my request will be laid before the Ministry the first thing [page 2] on Wednesday, and it is my judgment that an appointment will be fixed for Wednesday afternoon, provided the duties of the Minister will admit.
