WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM
17 May 1926
Mr. Hugh S. Gibson
Minister to Switzerland
Bern, Switzerland
My dear Mr. Gibson:
I have been instructed by the American Section of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom to send the enclosed circular. A great number of them have been signed in various parts of the country and a committee had the pleasure of presenting one to President Coolidge. He was very much interested and expressed the hope that women would push "more energetically" the disarmament campaign.
Faithfully yours,
Jane Addams [signed]
