Dear Madam:

We are today in receipt of a letter dated March 26th, 1928 from Mme. Cor. Ramondt-Hirschmann, a copy of which we enclose. The last cable received from Mme. Hirschmann reads: "Pay Tibbetts Further Instructions Follow." We assume that this letter is what the cable message "Further Instructions Follow" referred to.

Mme. Hirschmann states in this letter that she is writing to you and possibly her letter you have already received before this letter of ours. Are we correct in assuming that you wish the balance of the funds in our possession to be retained by us until after the Annual Meeting of the United States Section of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom which meets in Washington, May 3rd, 4th and 5th, 1928?

Very truly yours,

Alexander & Keenan [signed]
