Dear Miss Addams:
It was a very great pleasure to read the enclosed editorial the other day. It seemed to bring upper Vermont where I was at the time very close to Chicago and the intense life of the last seven years at H.H.
I hope that the past year has been most favorable to the House and to yourself. Since most of my time will probably be given to the Evanston end of Northwestern next year, we shall probably have to live out there some where. But at least it will be good to be once more in the neighborhood of the H.H. family.
My wife joins me in most cordial greetings to yourself and to the whole household.
Sincerely Yours,
Arthur J. Todd [signed]
