Miss Dorothy Detzer
522 -- 17th Street, N.W.
Washington, D.C.

My dear Miss Detzer:

It was very kind of you to send me the Resolution which your organization adopted. I am delighted with it.

Of course, I feel that every step taken by an organization approaching the entire endorsement of the League is of tremendous value to us, and I agree with you that this Resolution has brought the International League for Peace & Freedom much closer to us than they have ever been before.

I thank you very much for remembering me and I shall call the attention of the National Organization to this Resolution.

My organization is most interested in the Briand proposal for [Outlawing War] between the United States and France. Will you not let me know if there is any plan by which your organization intends to actively support this proposal?

[With] kindest regards and thanking you again for your thought of me,

Very sincerely yours,

(Signed) KATE TRENHOLM ABRAMS
Director.
