Dear Mrs. Gibson,
The International Office of the W.I.L. is extremely anxious to be of service to all the national sections and to draw us all ever closer together.
We here in Geneva, wish very much that we might pay you a visit and get better acquainted and so make ourselves more helpful. But money is lacking. And so it has occurred to us that you might be able and glad to visit us and be our guest for a week in the Maison Internationale. We should like to have you live in your International Club House and get to know the staff. We feel that a week together would facilitate the work of the League.
In the meantime, if you would be willing to answer the questions on the enclosed list, you would render us a great service. If your particular branch should happen not to be well organized that is no reason for feeling any hesitancy in replying to the following questions. The International Office sends out this questionnaire for its own guidance and in the hope that such detailed information from the sections will aid it to serve more successfully both the whole organization and the individual branches.
Our aim must be to work together in close fellowship and frankness. With all good wishes,
