My dear Mr. Rosenwald:

Thank you very much for the information you sent us from Judge Horner. I think however, he is mistaken in regard to Mr. Hutchinson's will. We have a printed copy of the same and I am enclosing paragraph 11. We hoped that that $5000 or Mr. Tuttle's $40,000 might come in time to help pay for the new boilers. Thank you very much for the trouble you have taken in the matter.

Mr. Ewing is still out of town so the question of a new Trustee has again been postponed. I think the vote will be with your candidate.
