Miss Addams, this is what I gathered for the Bulletin. I am ashamed of myself for bothering you with it but I am uncertain whether it is suitable or not. If I include the inset "A" (paragraph about enemy countries) I shall have to make a statement of protest. Mr Hull says I can not omit it -- I would refer to Keynes & the movement having started in G't B. & the fact of ↑that↓ our delegates from Central Powers kept very quiet at the Conf. is the whole thing worth [page 2] doing?

Kindly wire me and I insist that you so "collect"
