Hi Susan, Was she married to Pei-Chang Yang, a lawyer and banker, by any chance? I located a passenger ship record of his crossing to the United States in 1940 that lists a home address of 13 Petain Ave, Shanghai. Thus far we haven't come across any mention of her in our documents.
