Leaving the Immigration Building, Miss Addams said:
"It is well for the Department of Justice to guard the country against enemies, but in this instance the Department of Justice has become a Departure from Justice."

She is not a radical, nor a revolutionist, nor an anarchist but a sound-minded woman, and one of the dearest little souls in the world."
