Mrs. John [S.] C. Harvey,
Radnor, Pa.
Dear Mrs. Harvey:
I am very late about writing to Mr. Welsh, but I now submit a draft of a letter for your opinion first as to whether it is worth while to write him at all and secondly whether the enclosed is suitable. I shall be very glad of your opinion and comment. I am sending the same draft letter and query to some members of our board.
I am sending you with this a copy of the statement which I suggest sending to Mr. Welsh.
Sincerely,
Vice-Chairman.
