I would add all of the works of Mrs. Bosenquet -- Helen Denby -- "The Strength of the People," "The Standard of Life," "Rich and Poor."

I am enclosing two pamphlets issued at Hull-House, the one on Truancy throws a good deal of light, I think, on the Truancy ↑present↓ question. Your entire list seems to me very lucid and interesting.
