Will you please sign the card as from the office & return it to Amsterdam? Will you also pay for the subscription for two years <12 [illegible]> to Switzerland, getting the foreign draft with the [enclosed] check.

I am asking the "five" of the International Committee to [page 2] meet me in Washington <on the 10th> that we may decide upon the anniversary celebration. If the ex. board of the W.P.P. decide on the 7th instead of the 10th for the Washington meeting, will you please telegraph me c/o Mrs Ed. L. Adams, Richland St, Columbia, South Carolina. I am eager to get back. [Has] Chicago had a [page 3] Russian meeting similar to the one described in Boston?
