Ever since I read your admirable article in the last number of Charities & Commons I have been wanting to thank you for that timely, temperate, wise and courageous statement that deserves a place beside Zola's famous "J'Accuse," though written in a different tone and style. It is the refined expression of a noble mind and a tender heart.
