My dear Miss Addams:

Dr. [van] Beek en Donk writes me as follows:

"Please keep in mind the possibility that an American peace worker come to Holland to help us at our office of the Central Organization. We feel each day how much we need the [cooperation] of an American at our office."

Should we not keep that in mind in connection with our work? I wonder whether there is anybody in New York who knows at least two languages, who might be available? I should think that a letter from you to the Carnegie Endowment might have considerable weight.
