My dear Miss Addams:
Enclosed is a copy of the invitation sent to the five members of the especial committee, asking them to meet in my office at four o'clock on Tuesday next.
I also enclose a draft for a letter to be sent to the persons indicated on the sheet enclosed, which I would ask you kindly to criticize before I send it out. I hope that the text of the invitation is such that the people who come will understand in advance that they are supposed to be in sympathy with the project if they come at all.
I also enclose a copy of the minutes of our informal meeting today.
