Mr. William S. Morgan,
[1639?] La Loma Avenue,
Berkeley, California.
My dear Mr. Morgan:
In Miss Addams' absence your card has been sent to this office for reply.
I know of no pamphlet called "A Way to Permanent Peace" but we have an article reprinted from the Survey entitled "Toward the Peace that Shall Last" which I am sending you together with some other literature.
If this is not what you [mean] I shall be glad to look further if you can give me some clue as to the author or size of the article. The pamphlet "Toward the Peace That Shall Last" is just out of print and I am sorry that the copy I am sending you is a little soiled.
Sincerely yours,
Assistant to Secretary
