Albert Joseph Kennedy to Jane Addams, July 5, 1927

NATIONAL FEDERATION OF SETTLEMENTS

Office of the Secretary
20 Union Park, Boston, Mass.

July 5, 1927.

Miss Jane Addams,
Bar Harbor,
Maine.

Dear Miss Addams:

It was delightful to see you looking so well yesterday and I hope that the summer months may build up a strong wall of reserve force against the winter.

I enclose copies of two letters: one which I wrote to Mrs. Barnett and the other from John Daniels about the Bunker Hill project.

I think the Federation might get from the several cities the names of persons who would be sympathetic toward an Anglo-American project. This step would probably be most valuable for those places in which there is no branch of the English-Speaking Union.

Faithfully yours,

Albert Kennedy [signed]
