My dear Miss Addams --
Hurrah! & three cheers!
Ever so many thanks for your kind & detailed letter. I shall, then, [organize] for the second week of September, beginning with a ↑the first↓ meeting in Germany Sept 8th, so that you need not leave the Assembly of the L.o.N. in Geneva before Tuesday night September 7th.
Will you be kind enough to let me [page 2] know if you have any special wish to visit a certain town or to see certain people, private or official, in certain towns so that I may be able to take that into consideration before fixing dates with those of our groups, who are eager to arrange meetings for you.
Will you also let me know the topic of your lectures? That would be very kind, indeed.Do you prefer to take night or day trains? Of course night trains would save time and our sleepers are quite all right again. [page 3] But I do not want to do anything that would not be comfortable to you. Therefore I wait with the final arrangements until I have got your answer to the questions above.
I promise not to bother you with any more questions but to go ahead as soon as I know what your wishes are.
May I ask for a photo for newspapers? [page 4]
I hope you had a fine time on the West Indies and feel quite well.
Will you [address] letters from now to June to: 38 III, Franz Josefstr. Munich Bavaria Germany
as I am taking a holiday in the Bavarian mountains.
Thanking you in advance for all your kindness I am yours
with every good wish
Gertrud Baer.
