Dear Miss Addams,

I write to inquire whether you have any particular wishes in regard to the kind of accommodation which you would like during your stay here at July Congress.

I suppose you would like your hotel situation not far distant from the National University Buildings where the Congress will be held? I should like to know as far possible whether what you would like before securing accommodation for you, and shall do my utmost to have your wishes carried out.
