Dear Miss Addams:
I have called an executive committee meeting for Oct. 28th and 29th. We will begin our meeting at ten o’clock and run over into the afternoon. It may be that there will be a demand for a Sunday morning meeting and I should be glad if you could reserve that time for us.
Dr. Elliott writes me that you wish to have some discussion on the question of policy and program for the International Continuation Committee. I am also adding to the list of topics to be discussed a section having to do with the study of [intergroup], [interracial] and international relationships as they are demonstrated in local communities. I am having copies made of a set of suggestions which you brought to East Aurora.
I should be very glad to have any further suggestions which you may care to offer for the program. Will you please send me a memorandum of such by telegraph so that they can be included in the statement which will go to delegates at the end of the week.
Faithfully yours,
Albert Kennedy [signed]
