Dear Miss Addams

It makes me so happy to send the enclosed check. The year never seems right or really happy until I can send my contribution to the work in which I so thoroughly believe. Through the winter months the school takes practically all of our surplus.

Do you know that Ethel Dummer Jr. is now the head of the [page 2] school? She has such wonderful understanding and sympathy that the school will more than ever before carry out the ideals for which it was started.
