Dear Miss Addams:

Enclosed is a copy of the minutes of the meeting of the Executive Committee in New York on May 1st.

You will notice that a suggestion was made that the National Federation send to the International Conference at London photographs showing the work done in various houses. Will you please be good enough to send me, in the near future, copies of representative activities at your house. I should prefer that the prints be unmounted, although if no others are available I shall be glad to have them on mounts.

I am planning to sail for Europe on the 2d of June. It would greatly help the work of this office if I could have suggestions about either the International or the National Conference before that time.
