I have just received a letter from Mr. C. Ernest Elcock, one of the secretaries of the Educational Settlement Association, copy of which I enclose. I should be very glad to have your opinion on Mr. Elcock's offer. Is the Association really representative of the English settlements and is it the proper group to issue the call for an international organization?
Is there a possibility of your being able to attend the [International] Summer School in July?
