My dear Marcet --
Your long letter last evening gave me much pleasure and comfort but makes me even more impatient for a good long visit with you --
I may do some Peace Speaking on my way to Bar Harbor but will certainly be there by the 16 or 17th of Aug -- That will give us at least a ten days visit before you need to be back in Girard.
It might be possible that we could meet in Boston and take the last lap of the journey together.
Bless you, Dear One, I think you are carrying through a difficult thing most high heartedly but I do care to talk to you about it --
Always your loving aunt
