Dear Miss Addams,
The enclosed minutes of our yesterday's meeting will give you some explanation for the telegram we sent you, announcing our arrival. In our minutes we stated that we are going to start on the 31st; [today] we find that the [itinerary] has been changed and the boat is leaving on the 28th.
We are working here to leave everything à jour before we start.
In greatest haste, looking forward to meet you both,
Yours sincerely
