I now find that I am to speak at Chautauqua N.Y. Sat 14" so that I won't arrive in Boston until the 15 of Aug. Do please arrange to go up to Bar Harbor with Miss Wald and me that night -- Sunday 15th. If that is impossible I [page 2] will of course plan to stay over to see you in Boston, but we ought to have some time. Will you prepare a little account of your impressions that we may publish in a pamphlet with a reprint of my N.Y. address which I am working over --
