My dear Miss Dement:
Your letter addressed to Miss Addams has been referred to this office and I take great pleasure in sending you under separate cover such literature as we have for distribution in this office. I would call special attention to the Hearing by Miss Jane Addams before the House Committee on Military Affairs, Dr. Hardin's Address, "Civilization at the Cross Roads," and Mrs. Mead's "Primer of the Peace Movement." The last two pamphlets are the only ones for which we make any charge, and we are selling these for five cents each. If you care to remit, we should be very glad to have you do so.
I am including some leaflets in reference to military drill in schools. This is a question which is being agitated in so large a part of the country that I think perhaps you, also, may be especially interested in this.
If there is any other way in which we can be of service, please call upon us.
